Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and the United States aged 18 or over. Not open to anyone involved in running the giveaway or their immediate household. Void where prohibited by law.
How to enter
Follow the entry steps in the giveaway post on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, as linked from the giveaway page. Steps may vary by platform and by giveaway. Entries must come from a genuine personal account. Fake, duplicate or automated accounts will be disqualified.
Each person can enter once per platform per giveaway, so entering on more than one platform counts as separate entries, unless the giveaway post says otherwise.
Opening and closing times
Each giveaway’s opening and closing date and time are stated in its giveaway post and on the giveaway page. Entries received after closing won’t count. UK times use Europe/London; US Eastern times use America/New_York, including daylight saving time.
Winners and notification
The number of winners is stated in each giveaway post. Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries after the giveaway closes. Where there’s more than one prize, prizes are allocated in the order winners are drawn, unless the post says otherwise.
Winners are contacted by direct message or reply on the platform they entered through, usually within 7 days of closing. Winners must reply with delivery details within 7 days, or a replacement winner may be drawn. We may announce winners by their social handle.
We will never ask for payment, passwords or card details. Any message claiming you’ve won and asking for these isn’t from us.
Prizes
Prizes are described or revealed in each giveaway post or on the giveaway page. Some may be mystery prizes revealed at a time stated in the post. There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value. Delivery is to UK and US addresses only, and shipping is covered by casa purrs.
Data use and privacy
We only collect what we need from winners (name, delivery address and contact email) and only use it to deliver the prize. It’s shared with our fulfillment and shipping partners for delivery, and kept only as long as needed to deliver the prize and handle any issues. We don’t sell it, and we won’t add you to marketing emails without your permission. Entering through a social platform is also subject to that platform’s own privacy policy. See our Privacy policy.
Changes
If circumstances outside our control make it necessary (for example, platform problems or suspected fraud), we may change, suspend or cancel a giveaway. Any changes will be posted on the giveaway page.
Platform release
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or TikTok. Entrants release those platforms from liability in connection with this promotion.
Governing law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. This does not affect any statutory rights that UK entrants have under UK law.
