shipping & delivery

How long will delivery take?

It depends on the item and where it's going.

Ceramic bowls & cat toys:

  • UK: 5–10 business days
  • US: around 2 weeks
  • Australia / Canada / New Zealand: 10–30 business days

Shakers & suncatchers (made to order just for you):

  • US: 4–8 business days
  • UK: 7–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–15 business days

Because shakers and suncatchers are made to order, these windows begin once your item is made and shipped, so allow a little extra time for production up front. You'll get a tracking number while it's being made.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping unlocks on orders over £40 (UK) or $45 (US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, in your local currency). You'll see any shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Will I get tracking?

Yes, you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order's on its way.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

You shouldn't, we don't expect any customs or import charges on your order. In the rare case you're asked to pay something on delivery, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the UK, US, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

I'm outside those countries, can I still order?

Our shakers and suncatchers are also in our Etsy shop, Planet Purrs, which ships worldwide and handles international delivery and fees for you, that's your best bet if you're outside the countries above. Our ceramic bowls and cat toys aren't on Etsy, so if you'd like one shipped somewhere else, send us a message through the contact form and we'll see what we can do.

returns & refunds

What's your return policy?

We want you and your cat happy. If something arrives defective or damaged, just show us a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund, your choice. Changed your mind? You can return it within 30 days for a refund; return postage is on you.

Something arrived damaged or wrong, what do I do?

Message us through the contact form with your order number, and reply to our confirmation email with a photo of the problem. Let us know whether you'd like a replacement or a refund. We'll take care of it.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We send orders to fulfilment quickly, which means we usually can't change or cancel once an order's placed. If you've only just ordered, contact us right away and we'll do our best, but we can't promise it.
